The Spiritual Practice of Wonder
Appreciating the Gift of our Bodies
October 20-23, 2022
Presenter: Award winning author, Anne Kertz Kernion
Our bodies are incredible gifts. During this retreat, we will explore new research on our brains and bodies, discoveries that quite possibly will leave you awestruck. We’ll review the qualities of “Wonder” and “Awe,” and why experiencing these are so good for our spirits, minds and bodies. We will spend time with the recommended practices, ones that help us sleep, nurture our health, recover from all of life’s challenges, and honor the gift we’ve been given.

“To be with other people on the same journey as I, was so refreshing and encouraging. I made some new connections while learning that creative and spiritual practices are good for us physically.”
