Please join Michelle Rogan, a student and teacher of yoga and mindfulness to learn the tools to help you find peace, joy and self-love that will enhance your well- being. Tools include: breathwork, restorative yoga, meditation and more! Please bring a journal and something that inspires you for quiet time and reflection practices that will be sure to make your heart full and open for what’s next in your life. Michelle will also share tips on creating a special space in your home to help cultivate wellness and healing.

Michelle has been practicing yoga for over 15 years and is a certified yoga instructor and practitioner, MBSR ( mindfulness based stress reduction) trained through Jon Kabat- Zinn’s program through the university of Massachusetts and has taught meditation and breathwork techniques to Penn State Students via Meditation Mondays and a guided meditation walk through the lovely Altoona campus. Michelle has trained with Light Watkins , author of Bliss More and Knowing Where to Looking, meditation training in Soho NYC. She is a faithful practitioner of the tools she will teach you in this very special workshop daily to enhance her well-being and healing.
