A Woman’s Journey to Wholeness
June 23 to 25, 2023
Facilitator: Tish Donze
“Jesus made all things whole. As Jesus announced his mission of whole-making, he directed himself to those who are in need of being made whole; the brokenhearted, those in darkness, those grieving, the poor, and the oppressed. He indicated that his mission is not one of power but one of healing.” Ilia Delio
We all struggle with self-esteem at times. Life is not always fair, and some experiences cause deep pain. This retreat offers women the opportunity to come together to share and explore the mystery that lies deep within us, our true self.
During our weekend together we will have four group sessions, time for quiet reflection, common prayer, sharing with others and an opportunity to walk the beautiful grounds of Bethany.
We will:
- Look at why we sometimes feel trapped in our negative feelings
- Become more aware of God’s goodness and grace
- Celebrate the gift of self we have to offer others.
Five home cooked meals and lodging for 2 nights is included. Commuting is a possibility, but preference would be that you stay for the weekend.
